THE AREA OF SAN JORGE AND OUR LANDS
THE UPPER SECTION (LAND NR. 901)
The upper section is located next to the entrance of Rincón de la Vieja National Park. The surface is 8.19 hectares, and the altitude is 800 meters.
The altitude of this land is the highest at this area. The beautiful view of the National Park, the volcano, the river, the lake and kilometers away can be seen from this amazing viewpoint. The river that leads to the National park passes through the right and the left parts of this land. There is already a road that connects the right and the left side of this section.

THE CENTRAL SECTION (LAND NR. 902)
THE STRIP (LAND NR. 903)
The strip is located opposite to the central section, to the south of the upper section and bordered with the corner section.
It is a long stretch of land between the river and the road that leading to the National Park. The surface is 4.65 hectares. This land can be segregated in plots of at least 500 m².
This land is ideal for residential like villas, houses or farms.
Any reasonable offer will be taken in consideration.

THE CORNER SECTION (LAND NR. 904)
The corner section is located at the corner of the main intersection between the National Park, Liberia and Guayabo. The surface is 2 hectares.
On the main road there are few rincons (local typical hotels) and not enough shops or groceries stores, therefore the location of this land makes it ideal for small commercial area.
At this plot there is a house that needs to be rebuilt.
